Maintain all related records on consumption. This activity is done during regular room cleaning as well as on check-out Collection of laundry and on time delivery. Evaluating the quality of linen in circulation and segregating them for discard, after the supervisor’s consent. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness levels of all public areas including the floor, corridors, lobby, restaurants, conference rooms, cloakrooms, porch, drive ways, administrative areas etc. Report lost and found items and deposit them in HK. Carry out super room cleaning as per schedule. Read and understand GSTS report. Constantly update his/her self on regular customer preferences, technical knowledge and skills.
