Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Represent the company in high-level industry events, trade shows, business conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and strengthen corporate relationships. Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle for key accounts, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Develop and refine sales systems and account management processes to enhance reporting structures, improve client engagement, and drive efficiency. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, procurement, and marketing, to align corporate sales strategies with business objectives. Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improved service offerings. Ensure CRM data is updated daily, generating reports and conducting regular review meetings to track progress and enhance client engagement strategies. Support corporate clients in navigating tendering processes through platforms like the GeM Portal and other institutional procurement channels. Monitor sales performance and key account metrics, preparing detailed reports and insights to refine sales strategies and enhance revenue generation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of corporate sales policies, including pricing, returns, service agreements, and incentive structures. Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence studies to position the company effectively against industry rivals. Uphold company policies, HR regulations, and compliance guidelines to maintain professionalism and corporate integrity.
