Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main liaison between client leadership (plant head, admin, HR, EHS teams) and the service provider.
Understand client requirements, pain points, and priorities.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Service Delivery & Operations

Oversee day-to-day performance of soft services teams: housekeeping, pantry, landscaping, waste management, and transport.
Ensure adherence to
SOPs, SLAs, and 5S / EHS standards
.
Monitor manpower deployment, training, and attendance at client sites.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial & Contract Management

Track budgets, invoicing, and profitability for the assigned account(s).
Ensure compliance with contract scope, deliverables, and cost control measures.
Support preparation of monthly billing, MIS, and management dashboards.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor site supervisors, executives, and vendor teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and safety briefings.
Foster a culture of accountability and client service excellence.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure statutory compliance for manpower (PF, ESI, labor laws).
Coordinate with client EHS teams for audits, inspections, and certifications.
Maintain documentation for ISO, safety, and internal quality audits.

Performance Reporting

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on service performance, cost analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Use KPIs and feedback mechanisms to assess service levels and customer satisfaction.
