Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision- makers at large merchant accounts, understanding their business needs and goals. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Pay Phi products and services to existing clients, maximizing their wallet share both GTV and revenue generation. Proactively addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction to prevent churn. Working closely with internal teams like product, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and client support. Analyse data trends and client performance based on defined key performance indicators. Coordinate virtually with cross-functional teams (product, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth implementation and integration of payment solutions. Provide regular updates on milestones, and forecasts while working remotely. Should be proactive in conducting meetings and visiting merchants on a regular basis. Should be able to lead re- negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercials, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives on pricing strategy ( net Income) Excellent analytical skill. Preferred candidate profile - High sense of integrity, diligence and accuracy especially when forecasting business outcomes (to protect company from volatility in financial planning and resultant adverse impact on stakeholders) Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location (if necessary). Well organized in thought and action, with diligence to follow through for completion of identified initiatives Hybrid of a solo player (self- motivation & diligence) and team player (for collaborative actions) High sense of ownership and accountability Very good communication in English (Hindi and one other Indian language, in addition, would be beneficial) Very good negotiation skills (commercial and collaboration) Work Mode - Remote Shifts - General Shift Work days - 5 days Domain - Payment/Card/Banking/BFSI/ Retail Payments Notice period - Immediate or 30 days
