Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of our platform.
Address client-specific requirements during the onboarding phase.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-requested customizations.
Track progress and ensure timely deployment of solutions.
Serve as the escalation point for client concerns or critical issues.
Work closely with technical/product teams to drive quick resolutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Recommend solutions aligned with client goals to enhance satisfaction and value.
Achieve assigned revenue-growth targets from existing accounts by identifying and closing expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
