Role & responsibilities JD for Junior KAMs Below would be the desired candidate: Education: MBA from Tier 2, 3 college Work Experience : 1-3 Years (Preferably in FMCG) Skills: Business Development, Negotiation, Sales, Analytical Set of Mind, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills Role (Key Responsibilities): 1. Lead End to End growth for the assigned set of brands/sellers for the Home BU Portfolio through the marketplace model. 2. Help brands understand the E-commerce ecosystem and help them grow on the platform through the instruments of Selection / Cluster Development, Competitive Pricing & Speed. 3. Ability to sustain and build long-term relationships with brands. 4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders helping resolve day-to-day operational issues. 5. Drive Higher Ads Adoption and helping brands / sellers optimize for their ROAS. What's in for the candidate? Opportunity to work closely with young D2C founders and their teams.
