Job Requirement: We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic E-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts developing long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with key clients to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach to manage the accounts effectively and exceed targets. Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within e-commerce or retail. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, driving sales, and building strong relationships. Must have experience in managing Meesho Account. Skills : Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and the retail industry. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with CRM tools. Key Attributes : Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
