Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts to achieve sales targets, expand product offerings, and enhance customer relationships. Develop and execute strategic plans for new business development, including lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, improve brand visibility, and increase revenue growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT products & services. Provide exceptional after-sales support by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (account management). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A or equivalent). Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective account planning, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT hardware sales principles; knowledge of SME sales an added advantage.
