Job Description

- Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. - Individual contributor role - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. - Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives. - Coordinate with internal departments to address business vertical needs and maintain high service standards. - Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business vertical. - Prepare and submit all required sales reports and Management Information System (MIS) data in a timely manner. - Continuously enhance customer relationships to drive business growth and retention. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ): - Achievement of assigned sales targets and other key metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts. - High customer satisfaction and retention levels. - Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs.
