Job Location : Gurugram, Haryana Position : Key Account Executive Experience : Atleast 2-4 years of experience in similar field ( Preferrebly in FMCG) Area Covered : Entire North and Gujarat Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales Performance and Target Achievement: a. Operationally manage a dedicated set of accounts, driving both primary and secondary sales targets. b. Implement effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities within the assigned accounts. 2. Business Metrics Ownership: a. Co-own key business metrics (assortment, fill rate, lead times) with Key Account Managers (KAM). b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and streamline supply chain processes 3. Stock Availability and Fill-Rate Management: a. Ensure optimal stock availability by participating in stock arrangement activities in liaison with Supply Chain Management (SCM). b. Maintain and improve effective fill rates, minimizing stockouts and enhancing customer satisfaction. 4. Relationship Building and Negotiation: a. Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with account partners at HO and regional levels. b. Skillfully negotiate favorable terms of trade to enhance mutual collaboration and contribute to overall business success 5. Distributor Management: a. Responsible for maintaining assortment, inventory, and financial hygiene. b. Accountable for managing distributor ROI to ensure profitable partnerships and sustainable business growth. c. Drive secondary sales by strategically planning stock with distributors to meet market demand and optimize sales opportunities. d. Effective utilization Ensure distributor compliance through of Distributor Management e. Systems (DMS), maintaining accuracy and efficiency in operations.
