The Key Accounts Executive (KAE) is responsible for supporting and managing relationships with key accounts, including modern trade retailers, e-commerce platforms, wholesalers. This role involves order management, sales execution, trade promotion implementation, and market analysis to ensure strong business relationships and sales growth.The KAE will work closely with the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) and cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, and marketing) to enhance product visibility, optimize sales performance, and ensure smooth operations with key customers. 1. Sales & Business Growth Assist in achieving sales targets for key accounts by ensuring smooth order execution. Monitor and track sell-in and sell-out to ensure proper stock replenishment. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product range in key accounts . Ensure key accounts have adequate stock levels to meet demand. 2. Order & Inventory Management Process and track orders from placement to delivery , ensuring timely fulfillment. Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages or delays. Monitor inventory levels and replenishment cycles to prevent stock-outs and overstocking. 3. Trade Promotions & Execution Implement trade promotions, discounts, and marketing initiatives as per business plans. Ensure planogram compliance, shelf placement, and promotional displays in stores. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback for improvements. 4. Customer Relationship Management Serve as a point of contact for key accounts , addressing queries and resolving issues. Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and category managers . Ensure customer complaints and concerns are resolved promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
