Main Challenges in this Position (or Company/Division/BU): (List the 4-5 biggest challenges business-wise, organisational, cultural etc.) Deliver primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix at national and regional MT chains Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility Ensure world class merchandising of company products in the store shelves Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections Responsibility and Mandate: (Main responsibilities in terms of budget, personnel, processes etc.) Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data. Application of structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve the business targets. Monitor hygiene in documentation, adherence to visibility templates etc. Manage Distributor infrastructure (ROI, Coverage, Delivery Units, Godown Management, Credit in Mkt etc). Ensure closure to store/chain grievances immediately. Manage listing process of NPDs at the chains at optimal cost. Execution of activation programs for the regional and national key accounts Main Tasks and/or Projects: (The most important tasks and projects that this person will be working on and held accountable for) Ensure adherence to stock policy in trade Develop customer organization Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service for his customers Negotiate with his stockist and develop his people in managing customers to obtain more business by giving excellent customer services in technical and product range Monitor systematically the performance of the Stockist for his existing customers, assets and tak corrective action (infrastructure gap) Identify growth opportunities in territory Manage frequent change in SOP for coordinated sales calls Manage a team of Merchandisers Experience and Education Graduate MBA added advantage Minimum 4 years of experience in Modern Trade FMCG Exposure to markets of the HQ location IT literate with basic foundation of MS-Office, and Internet ExplorerE If interested kindly revert with your updated resume to shantilda.d@eastern.in Regards, Shantilda
