Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Vadodara. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. This role is specific to developing, maintaining and growing the business in Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and B2B corporate clients. Daily tasks include customer management and service, creating sales funnel and achieving targets, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and implementing sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Qualifications Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targetsStrong negotiation and customer-centricity requiredExcellent communication abilitiesStrong organizational and analytical skills. Adeptness in working on MS excel.Ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual responsibilitiesExperience in the art jewelry or festival goods industry is a plusBachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
