Key Account Manager – Yolojet


About Yolojet:

Yolojet is a technology-driven logistics company revolutionizing B2B shipping with a focus on appointment-based deliveries and a PAN-India reach. We empower brands to scale quickly with transparent, reliable, and efficient logistics solutions.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and nurture relationships with our most important clients. As the main point of contact for strategic accounts, you will drive retention, revenue growth, and overall customer success. You will collaborate across sales, operations, and customer support teams to deliver the best logistics experience possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the relationship with assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Yolojet services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting service delivery, coordinating internally with operations and technology teams.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for both clients and management.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue per account and secure contract renewals.
  • Lead regular business review meetings with clients, providing performance insights and aligning on future goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their requirements and working closely with leadership to improve products and processes.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed credit terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in key account management, business development, or client-facing roles—preferably in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with large clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Location:

This role is based in Gurgaon and is a 100% work from office role with 5 days working.
