We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and nurture relationships with our most important clients. As the main point of contact for strategic accounts, you will drive retention, revenue growth, and overall customer success. You will collaborate across sales, operations, and customer support teams to deliver the best logistics experience possible.
This role is based in Gurgaon and is a 100% work from office role with 5 days working.
