Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Key Account Manager, based in Singrauli. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, devising business plans, analyzing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for account growth, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to address client inquiries and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management and managing relationships with Key Accounts
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities
• Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Preferably Mechanical is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction equipment is advantageous
