Key Account Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and key accounts.Understand client needs and objectives to provide accurate solutions and services.

Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies.Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and objectives set for key accounts.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
Provide clients with information on new products or enhancements.

Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on key account metrics, sales, and forecasts.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure that clients receive a high level of service and support.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

** Strong Sales Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
