The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. The person will also collaborate closely with other functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, product, and customer support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities: 1. Must have experience of 4+ years in managing Industrial accounts in Steel/Pharma/Oil and Gas sector. 2. Account Management, Sales Operations and revenue management skills 3. Track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs 4. Experience in leading high-performing sales teams 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 6. Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products. 7. Must have proven experience in selling to Steel/Pharma/ Oil and Gas manufacturers.
