About the Role:

KheloTech Strategy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager (Project Lead) to manage day-to-day operations at a client site in Ranchi. The role requires a strong blend of sports management expertise and technology orientation, with the ability to bridge client needs and HQ teams in Delhi.

You will be the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth execution of operations, driving business requirements gathering, and delivering project outcomes with efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for the client, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and address operational needs.

2. Project Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations at the Ranchi site, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with HQ (Delhi) for seamless execution, reporting, and escalation.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

3. Business Requirement Gathering

  • Understand, document, and analyze client requirements related to technology and sports projects.
  • Translate requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.

4. Technology & Sports Integration

  • Manage the implementation of tech-enabled solutions in the sports domain.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of digital tools, platforms, and reporting systems by client teams.

5. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and share regular progress reports with HQ and client stakeholders.
  • Highlight risks, challenges, and propose actionable solutions proactively.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong background in sports management and technology.
  • Proven experience in handling client relationships and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently at a client site with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Willingness to travel if required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sports-tech, client servicing, or project management roles.
