Job Description

Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the FMCG sector. The role involves driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Oversee the management of E-commerce (Ecom), Quick Commerce (Qcom), and Alternate Channels. take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of Ecom, Qcom, & Alternate Channels. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem resolution. Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Achieve sales targets and expand the product portfolio in collaboration with the accounts. Develop and execute account-specific business plans. Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operations. Provide market insights to internal teams for product development and strategy enhancement. Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance through data analysis and prepare reports. Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a relevant sales role, preferably in FMCG. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
