JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our Official BrandStore division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Official BrandStore business, including strategy development, operations management, sales growth, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven record of accomplishment in driving revenue and profitability in an e-commerce environment.  KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Strategic Planning and Business Development: ○ Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals for the Official BrandStore division. ○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the brand's reach and impact. ○ Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure beneficial terms and drive growth. ● Operations Management: ○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Official BrandStore, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in service delivery. ○ Implement operational improvements and best practices to optimize the overall functioning of the store. ● Sales and Marketing Leadership: ○ Lead the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring customer acquisition, retention, and engagement are maximized. ○ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives that drive traffic and conversion. ○ Analyze sales performance data to continuously refine and improve marketing and sales strategies. ● Financial Management:○ Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics for the Official BrandStore division. ○ Monitor expenses, profit margins, and overall financial performance, ensuring effective cost control and profitability. ○ Take corrective actions as necessary to address any financial challenges and improve profitability ● Team Leadership and Development: ○ Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. ○ Provide continuous coaching and development to team members, empowering them to achieve their potential and contribute to the division’s success. ○ Create an engaging and productive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention. ● Market Analysis and Industry Insight: ○ Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats. ○ Conduct market research and customer analysis to guide product and marketing decisions, ensuring the Official BrandStore remains competitive and innovative.  ● Customer Experience: ○ Champion a customer-centric approach across all business operations, ensuring that the shopping experience is seamless, efficient, and delightful for customers. ○ Implement strategies to gather customer feedback and continuously improve service and product offerings. ● Technology & Analytics: ○ Design and implement performance dashboards to track key business metrics, identify trends, and improve decision-making. ○ Lead the optimization of e-commerce platforms (Magento & Shopify), ensuring they offer a seamless user experience and are aligned with analytical insights for improved conversion rates.
