Job Purpose:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end business operations for beauty category across key e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities to expand brand presence.
  • Build strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders at partner platforms.
  • Own the sales performance and profitability of assigned marketplace accounts.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    48 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in

    beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care

    categories.
