Key Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage regularly with clients to gather feedback and identify improvement areas, as well as proactively reduce churn by maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues promptly. You will also coordinate with the development team to address and resolve client-reported issues, gather and prioritize customer feature requests, provide real-time support via chat and email, conduct product demos and onboarding sessions, and maintain a knowledge base to support customer self-service. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the CRM system clean and updated with accurate client data and notes, as well as generating regular internal reports on client activity, engagement, and feedback. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in client-facing or customer support roles. - Comfortable collaborating with development teams. - Familiarity with ZOHO CRM (preferred). - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.,
