Key Account Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the team at indiagold, you will be responsible for driving sales targets through affiliate partnerships. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, collaborating with the Inside Sales team, monitoring partner performance, and developing tools for partner enablement. Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners - Identify and onboard new partners aligned with the target customer profile - Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to optimize lead flow and conversion rates - Monitor and analyze partner performance, offering data-driven insights - Develop tools for partner enablement such as sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks - Resolve partner issues promptly and effectively - Work with the Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus - Comfort with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards - Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Joining indiagold offers industry-leading compensation with lucrative incentives, ESOPs, and wealth creation opportunities.
