Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager in the Retail Assets department of TW Business, Trade Advance/Inventory Funding, your main role is to develop and manage INF relationships with existing dealer partners. You will be responsible for monitoring client accounts, assessing financial risks, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the client portfolios. Compliance and risk management are crucial aspects of your job to ensure all client interactions and transactions align with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and nurturing relationships with clients - Regularly communicating with clients to review portfolios, address concerns, and identify new opportunities - Upholding internal policies and external regulations, conducting due diligence, and maintaining high ethical standards Additionally, you will be expected to: - Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for product and service improvements - Collaborate with internal departments for seamless service delivery - Support the training and development of the sales team In a managerial and leadership capacity, you will engage with various Heads to arrange meetings with dealers and convert them to INF.
