Key Account Manager

Role Overview: Gene Solutions, a leading genetic testing company in Asia, is dedicated to developing and providing access to next-generation genetic testing solutions. The company focuses on Reproductive Health by offering unique Non-invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) and Clinical Oncology by providing services such as multi-cancer early detection, comprehensive genomic profiling, and minimal residual disease tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, map & profile key stakeholders & decision makers in the assigned accounts to implement tactics. - Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing accounts. - Maintain excellent relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. - Develop Key Account Management plan & territory business plan aligned with business unit goals. - Meet & exceed sales targets by implementing key account strategies and promoting Gene Solutions portfolio. - Take responsibility for sales planning, forecasting, and driving sales tactics. - Develop sales activities in line with the business plan. - Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing & Operations teams to support the plan and implementation of solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Science, Biotechnology, or related studies. - Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably with Key Account Management experience. - Prior experience in Oncology Dx or NIPT is a must. - Desired skills include excellent communication, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, understanding of market trends, customer relationship building skills, and being a good team player.
