Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Indore. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include business planning, analyzing market trends, ensuring high levels of customer service, and driving account growth. Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver results will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Customer Service to meet client needs and achieve strategic goals
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for market analysis and informed decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
