As a Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strong relationships with customers, creating business plans, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilties-

• Expertise in Business Planning for generating strategies to align with client objectives.
• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their specific needs and goals.
• Onboard new restaurants from high-end dining places to local neighbourhood joints. 
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure every restaurant partner gets a smooth and seamless experience.
• Build good relationship management with partners through clear communication and on-ground presence.
• Connect with restaurant partners regularly and help them with whatever they need to keep their business running smoothly.

Qualifications-

• 0-1 year of experience in marketing/ Freshers preferred. 
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.
• Strategic thinking and ability to build trust and manage complex relationships.
