We’re seeking a Senior E-commerce Key Account Manager to drive and scale e-commerce business across leading online marketplaces. This role involves owning category growth, performance marketing levers, pricing hygiene, and business insights to accelerate growth across key accounts.
🛒 Take full ownership of marketplace business performance and deliver revenue targets
📊 Coordinate with category/account managers to drive visibility & growth strategies
📈 Manage pricing, discounts, promotions & ads to optimize ROI
📦 Oversee online store operations: listings, content hygiene, and inventory planning
🚚 Ensure accurate stock forecasting and inventory availability for top sellers
🔍 Track competitor activity, category share, and market trends
💰 Manage payments, reconciliations, and variance checks
⭐ Drive brand reputation through ratings, reviews & customer insights
📣 Leverage platform tools/services to maximize traffic & conversions
🤝 Build strong relationships with platform category teams to unlock growth opportunities
✅ Graduate (Any Stream)
✅ 4+ Years experience in E-commerce within Beauty & Personal Care / FMCG
✅ Strong expertise in marketplace operations, ads, pricing, and catalog management
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ High ownership mindset with strong multitasking & analytical skills
⭐ Experience handling Amazon / Flipkart / Nykaa / International Marketplaces
⭐ Hands-on approach with strong business acumen
