Role Overview: We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and Modern Trade (MT) platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end business operations, from sales planning and execution to account growth and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-impact, result-driven role for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Channel Ownership & Account Management Own and manage performance across E-commerce (Amazon, BigBasket, etc.), Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto), and Modern Trade (Reliance, Nature’s Basket, etc.) Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts. Lead listing, pricing, assortment, and trade term negotiations. Sales Execution & Forecasting Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by channel and SKU. Ensure availability, visibility, and activation execution across online and offline touchpoints. Collaborate with supply chain on stock planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment tracking. MIS & Business Analytics Prepare and maintain channel-wise MIS reports – revenue, order fill rates, trade spends, promotion ROI, and inventory health. Analyze platform performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and growth. Own weekly and monthly sales trackers and dashboards for leadership reviews. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with: Marketing to align campaigns, content, and brand presence on platforms. Operations & Supply Chain for seamless order flow and inventory hygiene. Finance for timely reconciliations, claims, and credit notes. NPD & Quality for new product launches and feedback resolution. Growth & Innovation Identify growth opportunities within accounts and suggest strategic interventions. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, pricing shifts, and platform dynamics. Drive new product rollouts with a first-time-right execution mindset. Qualifications: MBA/PGDM or graduate with relevant experience. 3–6 years of FMCG experience in E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Modern Trade account management. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
