Key Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate
4-10 years of experience dealing with architects, builders, real estate developers, or project sales
Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, lighting, or other luxury building materials is preferredBuild, nurture, and manage strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and project consultants.
Drive specification selling by promoting complete product solutions across bath fittings, sanitaryware, and allied product categories.
Ensure product approvals and selections for ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth coordination from product selection to delivery and installation.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with architect and builder teams.
Monitor project pipelines, forecast opportunities, and ensure conversions at every project stage.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, after-sales) for timely execution of project requirements.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to strengthen market position.
Maintain accurate project records, submit MIS reports, and achieve targeted sales & specification goals.
