Key Account Manager (KAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through leads and referrals.
  
• Grow the banks liability base (CASA/FD) by building and strengthening customer relationships.
  
• Cross-sell banking and third-party products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
  
• Service existing clients for all their banking needs.
  
• Conduct client meetings/calls to assess requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  
• Participate in campaigns and activities focused on increasing bank business.
  
• Ensure compliance with all banking processes and regulatory guidelines.
  

Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Finance or Commerce).

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance.

• Certification:

  AMFI / IRDA certification preferred (expired certifications may be considered).
• Experience in a sales-based incentive role will be an added advantage.
  

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
  
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  
• Proven record in client acquisition and cross-selling financial products.
