Key Account Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Coordinator to support sales development and supply coordination with key clients in the shipping industry . This role involves demand forecasting, sales planning, and business intelligence gathering to help drive growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with key accounts to manage sales forecasts and supply plans Track ship allocations and delivery schedules Support global and local sales development initiatives Work with internal teams (customer service, logistics, operations) to ensure on-time delivery Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) Collect and analyze market intelligence from shipping and service companies Assist with expanding the business to new accounts and locations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome ; relevant experience is a plus Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP Salesforce experience is an advantage Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Competencies: Customer-focused mindset Strong teamwork and communication skills Good problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC?
