Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Solar Design Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The role involves creating and optimizing solar PV system designs, supporting project deliverables, and working closely with other teams to ensure high-quality results. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about renewable energy and want to build a career in the solar industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables. Develop and optimize solar PV designs using PVsyst, SketchUp, and AutoCAD (2D/3D) . Prepare system layouts, drawings, and technical documentation. Conduct shading analysis, feasibility studies, and energy yield assessments. Support proposals by providing accurate technical inputs and reports. Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy , or related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with project or internship experience are welcome). Working knowledge of PVsyst, SketchUp, AutoCAD . Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical design concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
