We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales, distribution, and market expansion for our Water & Juice products within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in FMCG/Beverage industry, and the ability to drive business growth by building strong retail and distributor networks. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Water & Juice categories. Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration. Monitor competitor activities and design strategies to stay ahead in the market. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and stockists in the region. Ensure optimal product availability across retail, wholesale, and modern trade outlets. Expand distribution coverage and open new markets in the territory. Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key business partners. Address and resolve distributor/retailer issues related to supply, claims, and service. Track daily sales, market share, competitor insight, and prepare regular MIS reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience , preferably in beverages (water, juice, soft drinks). Strong knowledge of distribution management and secondary sales operations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Should be located in Siliguri. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
