This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a good understanding of recruitment processes to source, screen, and select candidates effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local hiring events. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates. Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in organizing job fairs and other recruitment drives in the Kolkata region. Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar hiring. Education: 12th Pass or Graduation (any discipline). Good command over spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
