Role & responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the furniture showroom. Understand customer needs (size, style, budget, delivery time) and suggest suitable options. Give product demos : materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, delivery timelines. Convert store walk-ins into confirmed orders. Prepare and share quotations / proforma invoices with accurate product details. Follow up with customers on pending quotes, payments, measurements, and delivery status . Maintain proper display standards in the showroom Update daily Walkins, enquiries, quotations and sales in the tracking sheet / CRM. Coordinate with the factory / backend team on order status, customisations and deliveries. Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries and escalate when needed. Preferred candidate profile 0- 4 years experience as Store Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Executive / Retail Sales Associate Comfortable talking to walk-in customers and explaining products in a simple way. Basic computer knowledge WhatsApp Web, email, Excel / Google Sheets. Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Languages: Good spoken Hindi + English. Ready to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on weekday).
