Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to meet performance targets Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copies, images, and targeting Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies to ensure KPIs are met Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and brand teams for aligned messaging Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Work with catalog and SEO teams to ensure listing quality supports paid performance Requirements 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon ads (India marketplace experience preferred) Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console and tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, or DataHawk Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions Experience in D2C brands, agencies, or e-commerce startups highly desirable Excellent communication and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Date of Joining - Immediate joiner/ 15 days Notice period Working Days: Monday to Saturday
