Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers for the company's services Build, maintain, and regularly update a customer and prospect database Run calling campaigns to reach out to new and existing leads Execute email campaigns for outreach, follow-ups, and engagement Manage social media activities related to brand visibility and lead generation Handle lead management, including tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team What You Will Gain: Strong understanding of how the automotive industry works, especially in embedded software & engineering services Exposure to customers and being the front-face of the organisation, valuable for building communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills First-hand learning of end-to-end sales practices, from prospecting and outreach to deal closure Insight into how engineering-centric sales works, aligning technical offerings with customer needs in automotive/embedded domain Professional experience that enhances sales, communication, and customer-handling skills Requirements: MBA preferred (Marketing / HR) Very good communication skills Interest in sales and marketing Interest in automotive industry Interest in electronics and embedded domain Stipend & Incentives: Performance-based incentives: up to ? 15,000 Opportunity to gain a full-time role Location: Bangalore, JP Nagar 8th Phase (In-office) Duration: 6-months
