(Kappal.co) is a digital logistics and freight management platform that helps businesses simplify shipping, reduce costs, and manage end-to-end logistics through innovative digital tools and automation. Role Overview As a Digital Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and subscription sales through engaging demo sessions with potential customers. You will play a key role in converting leads into active subscribers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining long-term customer relationships through effective engagement and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities · Conduct product demo calls with potential customers to showcase Kappal.co’s digital freight solutions. · Understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations to highlight relevant features and benefits. · Convert qualified leads into active subscribers by effectively communicating product value and ROI. · Guide customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and activation. · Focus on customer retention by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring continued satisfaction with Kappal.co’s solutions. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and follow-up. · Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to optimize the lead-to-subscription journey. · Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Key Skills & Attributes · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach. · Ability to deliver engaging demos and handle objections effectively. · Good understanding of digital tools, SaaS platforms, or logistics technology (preferred). · Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Meet, etc.). Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS onboarding, or digital product sales (preferably B2B). · Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
