The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, possess strong teaching skills, and be passionate about student learning. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Teach Kannada language and literature to Grade 11 & 12 students as per the State Board curriculum. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Conduct regular tests, assignments, and remedial sessions. Guide students in grammar, writing, comprehension, and literature. Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in academic meetings, staff training, and parent interactions. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Kannada or a related field. B.Ed. preferred, but not mandatory for freshers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of the Karnataka State Board syllabus. Ability to join immediately. Teaching experience of 0–2 years (freshers are welcome to apply). Preferred Skills: Strong command of Kannada grammar and literature. Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom experience.
