Job description: Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Panampilly Nagar Company: Kalaakari Couture About Us: Kalaakari Couture is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand known for its creative craftsmanship and premium designs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage and oversee our company’s daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the management team with timely reports. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Prepare and process GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting activities. Maintain petty cash records and prepare expense statements. Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.). Support management with financial planning and cost control initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / MS Excel. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills. Salary: Based on experience and performance.
