KADCO SYSTEMS is known for delivering quality products and exceptional services to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Thrissur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining coding and packaging machines. Daily tasks include field service visits, technical support, maintenance, and repairs. Effective communication with customers and team members will be essential to provide high-quality service and support. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Field Service skills Expertise in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair Strong Communication abilities Relevant experience in industrial machine maintenance Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field service Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
