The New Shop Opening Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities required for the successful opening of a new outlet. This role ensures that the shop is fully prepared—operationally, administratively, and in compliance with brand standards—before launch day.
To deliver an excellent customer experience by preparing quality beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting café operations, and assisting during new store openings.Prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, shakes, and specialty drinks as per café standards. Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.Greet and welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism. Take orders accurately and suggest menu items when required. Serve customers promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle basic complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.Minimum: 10th/12th Pass (or equivalent).
