Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.Ensure tax compliance by preparing necessary documents and filings on time.Manage audits from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed.Utilize Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Zoho Books, Excel, or other accounting software to process transactions accurately.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff. Desired Candidate Profile1-5 years of experience in general accounting or a related field (B.Com/ M.Com).Strong analytical ability with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.Proficiency in ERP functional modules such as Financial Accounting & Book Keeping.Candidate should be able to independently make accurate accounting entries, understand their impact on financial statements, and verify correct GL entries in the ERP system.Well adapted with Excel, Tally or Business Central ERP.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
