This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FMCG sales , proven team handling abilities , and territory management experience . Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors and their sales performance. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives / Sales Promoters to drive in-market execution and beat plans. Plan and execute beat plans, product placements, and schemes through team coordination. Ensure product availability, visibility, and range in General Trade outlets. Conduct joint fieldwork with team and coach for performance improvement. Implement trade promotions, analyze market intelligence, and provide feedback to management.
