Location: Thane. Role & responsibilities Handle incoming telephonic and online enquiries with prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses. Understand client needs and taste preferences, suggesting relevant dcor products and collections. Present product features, materials, and customization options with a consultative sales approach. Build long-term relationships with customers, nurturing repeat business. Order Management & Coordination Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Monitor the status of each order, proactively updating clients at every stage. Ensure high-quality packaging and delivery experience in line with brand standards. Brand Representation Maintain a thorough understanding of the brands product range, craftsmanship details, and design philosophy.
