Job Description

1. Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work progresses as per the schedule and design specifications. 2. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain site records (material usage, labor, equipment status), and assist in project documentation. 3. Monitor civil activities including structural, finishing, and external development works. 4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project management team to ensure timely completion. 5. Physical Verification of Quality Execution at Project Site 6. Support in resolving technical and on-site issues promptly. 7. Assist in measurement and billing verification for subcontractors. 8. Coordinate with the planning and procurement team for material requirements.
