Junior Wordpress Developer - Full-time Role. MUST Speak English. $600 AUD per month

Our Australian Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an intelligent web developer who excels at getting things done. You must have an exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.

This is a full-time role and we are very keen to find the best "detailed oriented" candidate.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have good knowledge of page builders such as - Elementor & Wordpress blog builder
• Be fluent in Wordpress
• Have basic SEO knowledge
• Be able to fix both simple and technical dev issues
• Be FLUENT in written and spoken English (if you can't ask and answer questions on Zoom meetings in English then please don't apply). Our Head of Development who you will be reporting to speaks Hindi.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

You will be working along side some of the best SEO people in world and will be required to perform activities such as:

• Fixing technical SEO issues such as urls not indexing
• Fixing poor Web Vital issues
• Speeding up slow loading
• Optimising content and inner linking
• Building landing pages and bringing designs to life
• Building whole websites and bringing designs to life

Ideal Qualifications to have would include:

• A Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong Dev experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of all search engines and SEM marketing
• Experience in Wordpress, HTML, Shopify
