Job Description: We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who can bring fresh energy and creativity to our short-form content! If you love editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other engaging video content, this role is for you. Your job will be to take raw footage and turn it into fun, shareable, and dynamic videos that grab attention. Key Responsibilities: • Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and general video content) that are engaging, fast-paced, and trend-driven. • Add text, motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling. • Select and sync music that fits the vibe of the content. • Keep up with social media trends and apply them creatively in edits. • Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining high quality. • Work closely with the content and marketing team to align videos with brand messaging. Requirements: • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar). • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar is a plus). • Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats. • Creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing, transitions, and storytelling. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Basic graphic design skills to enhance video content.
