Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior)
About The Opportunity
We operate in the Talent Acquisition and HR Services sector, delivering recruitment solutions and employer-branding support for fast-growing startups and mid-market enterprises. This fully-remote position (India) offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and hiring operations across technical and non-technical roles.Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles: draft job briefs, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
- Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri/Indeed), Boolean search, and talent pools to build pipelines for priority roles.
- Manage applicant flow in the ATS: update candidate statuses, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate hiring metrics and reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide shortlist recommendations, and gather timely feedback.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview preparation, and offer negotiation support.
- Support campus hiring and early-career initiatives, including screening, scheduling assessment rounds, and onboarding coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or campus hiring (agency or in-house).
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals (Naukri, Indeed).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling workflows.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate-sourcing techniques; comfortable building pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and virtual interviewing tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
Preferred
- Experience with high-volume hiring or startup recruitment environments.
- Exposure to employer branding, campus outreach, or recruitment marketing campaigns.
